DENNISON TECHNOLOGY GROUP PURCHASES IDEACOM MID-AMERICA SHORETEL DIVISION
Dennison Technology Group announced Friday that it has purchased Ideacom Mid-America’s ShoreTel services division. Under the terms of the agreement, Dennison Technology Group purchased ShoreTel telecommunication assets, customer base and assumed certain liabilities of Ideacom Mid-America for an undisclosed purchase price.
